Return and Refund Policy 

At ShopRight, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following details to understand how returns and refunds are processed: 

  1. Initiating a Return: 

  • You may initiate a return for eligible products within the specified timelines and as per the terms outlined in Annexure A of this policy. 

  • Returns will not be processed for orders placed for the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product. 

  1. Package Inspection: 

  • All our packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Please refrain from accepting packages with tampered seals or damaged outer packaging. 

  • Acceptance of a tampered or damaged package disqualifies you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect products, or missing accessories. 

  1. Complaint Registration: 

  • To register a complaint or initiate a return, visit the 'Orders' section on ShopRight and select the 'Help' tab. 

  • Choose 'Still need help' and select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu to log your complaint or contact us via email, call, or chat. 

  • Initiate a return by selecting 'log a complaint,' provide necessary shipment and order details, describe the issue, and request a return. 

  • For quality assurance, we may request images of the product to be returned. The 'return' tab will be available only during the return window. 

  1. Post-Return Verification: 

  • Upon receiving your return request, we will verify the defects, damages, or non-compliances claimed. 

  • Verification may include requesting images/videos of the damaged product, product packaging images, or scheduling a visit by our personnel to assess the damage or defect. 

  • Based on our assessment, we will accept or reject the return request and resolve the issue accordingly. 

  1. Refund Process: 

  • Refunds for eligible products will be processed within 1 business day from the date of verifying the defect or non-compliance. 

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode or your ShopRight Wallet, as chosen by you. 

  • Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution or payment solution provider. 

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: 

  • For products purchased using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be credited to your bank account or ShopRight Wallet, depending on the seller. 

  • Reliance does not provide cash refunds. 

  1. Refund Timeline: 

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days, depending on the chosen payment mode.
